Multi-client logistics building. Performed a complete renovation study in order to adapt to market needs and update the building´s layout. Divided into 8 independent areas of around 3.200 m² each to facilitate commercialization, rennovating the existing  fire protection system but adapting it to the new layout. New dock area façade.
